How to make a paracord dog leash

After a long break, Major Cord is back with another Paracord Projects, How to make a paracord dog leash. I don’t have to comment anymore about it’s usefulness, we all know it’s glory.

This is rather new on Paracord Projects, this is a written step by step procedure on how to make a paracord dog leash. The guide was made by Karen Friesecke of doggiestylish.com.

It’s pretty easy to do as it is practically braiding paracords together. However, you need to pre shrink your paracord before the braiding begins. The author explains the process in her guide.

What I really love about this project is that the paracord will make a good dog leash due to its strength and stability. A few paracord braided together add even more strength. The downside I can think of is that if you have a dog who likes to chew on his leash, well this might be an easy job for him.

I have embeded the page right in this very post but if you prefer to exclusively view the website here is the link

If you don’t have a paracord yet, you can visit the Paracord Supplies section and you can purchase your paracords from there.

I have not used this particular style in the past, Ive only used the cobra and king cobra weave for my pooch, but I think after reading this and checking out the video, posted later I may just have to try it, for a few friends.
